There are so many ways on how to get rid of blemishes. All we have to focus on is the facial skin that we need to take good care of. We should be in a healthy process in doing this for us to be able to attain the skin we really want to have.

Avoid too much intake of iodine within the body. Not yet specifically proven. But there was a conducted study which shows that too much ioding within the body triggers acne as well as skin discolorations and the spreading of it.
